We have two very good Learner Surfboards available to buy depending on your needs. First up we have the Minimal surfboard often characterized by their longer length and wider nose. This Board provides ample buoyancy and a stable platform, making it easier for novice surfers to paddle and catch waves.
Our second option is the Weemal, typically a shorter, more maneuverable option. Great for progressive learning it allows learners to develop their turning skills while still offering a forgiving ride. Both boards are excellent Learner Surfboards for those starting their surfing journey. Either option provides a perfect balance of performance and stability.
The Minimal Surfboard
Minimal Surfboards as in Mini Malibu as they started out, because basically they are small Longboards designed for beginners to learn to surf on. This Minimal Surfboard is ideal for your first few years of surfing, it’s friendly to use and designed so that you have fun while learning. This board rides well in any condition, that’s necessary as white water surf days are as important as clean waves when you are first starting out. We developed this surfboard along side local Surf Schools to make sure it ticked all the boxes for the Learner surfer.
The Weemal Minimal
The Weemal is a more modern progressive concept than a regular Minimal. It stands out against other learner boards for it’s very impressive ride quality, witch although stable is faster and more maneuverable. The nose is more pointed, this helps if you learn to duck dive. whereas the tail has more width to the hip witch helps you to catch waves very easily. The boards shape gives more float in the tail for tighter turns and maneuvers. Presenting you with a learner surfboard that can take your surfing right up to intermediate level and beyond.
Fine tune your surfing on the Super Kook
The Super Kook is a board that fills the space between learning to surf and progressing onto a shorter board.
