This kids’ shortboard is based on the popular All-Round shape, featuring a simple single concave and squash tail that works in all conditions. Keeping the design simple ensures young surfers can focus on learning to rip. Sizes range from 4’10” to 6’0”, and each board can be custom-shaped for your child — a typical 5’0” comes in at around 23.5L.

This Grom Shortboard Features

The Teen Machine comes with Future or FCSII fin systems, premium Aerialite fiberglass, and carbon tail inlays for added performance. It shares the rails and bottom contour of the All-Round Shortboard, featuring a single concave with a squash tail — though a rounded tail option is also available.
