The Smish Hybrid Fish – a fun Twin Fin

The Smish is a crazy little Hybrid Fish surfboard design that offers a fun ride to small waves, it’s twitchy, skatey and slides off the tail, It’s perfect for the summer swells.  With Fish rocker and a Mini Simmons like template it skatey and fun to ride. You can slide the tail pout for fun and pull tight little turns with ease. As you can imagine it has a great wave count even on sloppy summer waves. In fact this little Hybrid Fish will make a bad mushy surf day turn into a fun session with your surf buddies.

Features include a split of DNA between the Fish and the Mini simmons, with Simmons type template but with a more pulled in tail and nose. Also the Smish has simmons bottom contours of hulled nose and single concave out of the tail. This has been fussed together with a fish style rocker and rails and a more fish like fin placement. This makes it  more  capable of sharp turns and speed. Available only as a custom order the Smish is available from sizes 5ft6″ to 6ft6″ a 6ft version comes out at 42ltrs so bags of volume to play with.

The Smish goes well in lumpy fat surf, it fly’s over flat sections and just wants to keep going. However it’s also great in cleaner more punchy fast beach breaks. Designed as a twin fin it will take a quad fin setup and as i have mentioned it is fully customized to your size,
